My Thoughts

HOLY SH*T, HOLY SH*T, HOLY SH*T….. Jennifer L. Armentrout is a mistress of fantasy and romance and I worship at her altar. I don’t know how she made this series get better and better with each book, but she did. This third book made me have ALL THE FEELS and I am still so freaking happy from reading it. OH MY HEART IS FULL AND I SEE RAINBOWS AND BUTTERFLIES! POPPY AND CASTEEL ARE THE CUTEST!

I just love this series so much and these characters are just so damn amazing and loveable. I just can’t express how much I love this freakin book world. JLA is a bard of her age and such a pleasure to read. JUST LOVE HER! This book world is so freakin fabulous and I am so excited to get back into it and learn more! Yes, it is damn complicated and there is a lot going on, but it is just so well done and COMPLETELY FASCINATING! I am just in love with everything.

The characters are just my fav! They feel like my best friends at this point and I just love them so much. (I know that makes me seem like such a creep, but there is no f**ks given here because I don’t even care.) Poppy is just so amazing and I love her so so so SOOOO much! She is hilarious, smart, courageous, blood thirsty and fiesty. She is my favorite female in fantasy (Sorry Aelin, you have been replaced… ) It was so nice to once again read her very interesting and hysterical thoughts. She may act like she hasn’t been around, but she does not let that intimate her because she is just so badass. She reminds me of Alice from Alice in Wonderland if she had a dagger and wasn’t afraid of a little blood.

Casteel…. Oh my favorite book boyfriend (Damn is JLA so good at making all my dreams come true when boys are concerned!) He is just so freakin adorable and sexy and I need more please. He is not only a sexy male specimen, but he is such a good person and he honestly just makes me swoon in all the best ways. Poppy and Casteel are the best couple in fantasy reads and I’m not mad about it in the least. Also, Kieran can get what is left of my heart because he has stolen it and ran away with it. OOOOO please the joining. Why does Poppy got to choose though!?!

Sooooo….. If you were wondering about the steam level of this book, I would say that all the heat from hell has transferred to Earth because HOT DAMN SEXY BATMAN this steamy was SCORCHING!!! Damn, JLA flooded me basement and I have not recovered! WOOOOOO GIRL… POPPY IS A LUCKY WOMAN! If you thought ACOMAF was good…. You know nothing Jon SNOW!

This book was just so damn amazing and that ending was the best mic drop I’ve read in a LOOOOONNNNGGG TIME! I cannot wait for my babies to come back…. I need this ASAP…
