Top 5 September Reads
I managed to read so many great books this month! I don’t know how I can choose, but these five books shocked me, made me laugh, made me cry and are books I will NEVER forget! Have you read any of these?

I am Dressed in Sin by C.M. Stunich
OMG…. I have been waiting for this read for sooooo long! It had been so long that I had to reread the first book to remember what happened before I read the second book. However, once I caught up, I just dove right in and devoured the entire read in one night. The main character just gets better and better and the STEAM… it was sooooo good. I cannot wait for the next book!
My Rating:

The Bound Witch by Ivy Asher
I discovered this series as an ARC and I have NOT stopped loving it since then. This is the third book of the series and it DID NOT disappoint. The main character continued to pull hilarious swerves and words and the steam FINALLY took off with a bang. The magic system in this series is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to find out more! OH IT WAS SO GOOD!
My Rating:

The Brutal Boys of Everlake Prep series by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti
OMG OMG OMG OMG… why have I been waiting so long to pick up this series. I was stupid… I didn’t know, but anyway this series was so so SOOOOOO good. It has been a VERY long time since I’ve read a reverse harem series I liked so much, I mean probably since Hannaford Prep. This series had everything I could possibly want and SO MUCH MORE. It made me laugh and it made me cry. It was probably my favorite series of the year and I am so glad that I finally bit the bullet and read it!
My Rating:

Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller
This book has been on my TBR for so long and I have seen it all over bookstagram so I finally bit the bullet and read it. It was so good and everything I could possibly need in a pirate adventure fantasy. I loved the characters, I loved the action and I could NOT get enough of the banter spewing between the main character and another pirate. It was comedy gold and I wanted so much more. Although I didn’t like the sequel as much, this book is still a top of the month for me!
My Rating:

Horseman by Christina Henry
This book was one of the coolest books I’ve ever read and got me in the mood for a spooky season. I am obsessed with this author and everything she writes and this was no different. She took a classic story that I love and made it into a pure masterpiece. The book gave me everything I wanted and so much more. I devoured the book from the beginning to end and I can’t wait to read it again!
